What is your return policy?

Frenchy Baby Organics offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at frenchybaby.com. If for any reason you or your child are not satisfied, you can send it back unworn within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for a store credit or exchange. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Frenchy Baby Organics uses both UPS and USPS for standard shipping at our discretion.

UPS Ground:

Typically arrives within 5-7 business days. This includes 3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 days for order processing time. Please note that the estimates use business days. Please do not count Saturday and Sunday in your delivery time estimate as UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday

UPS 2nd DAY Air:

Arrives by the end of the 2nd Business Day after shipment (ie: 2 days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time.

USPS:

Usually arrives in 2-3 business days but is not guaranteed.

Other:

UPS, our primary carrier, does not ship to P.O. boxes so be sure that you include a valid street address with your order.
